Sociologist At Large Remembers

Since the tragic events of September 11, 2001, Sociologist At Large has received many tributes to those lost in the terrorist attacks on America. This page is dedicated to those lost and the heroes who continue to aid those in need.  The following pictures and graphics are but a few I have received. I have also included links to websites I have been sent, containing remembrances and tributes to this fateful day in American and World history.  I will continue to add to this remembrance page as I receive new tributes.

Let us continue to burn a candle in our hearts for those we have lost, lest we forget.
Peace!

HONORING VICTIMS and THEIR FAMILIES

Renee Newell was 37

I never met her, I never knew her, her memorial plague I have adopted, in honor of her, her family, and all those who we lost....so we will always remember.

One Year Later:  September 2002
Amidst all of the planned ceremonies commemorating the one year anniversary, Sociologist At Large has elected to honor those lost on 9/11/01 in reverent and private silence.  This current page will remain the same and always be a part of this website.  In time, some or all of the external links you find here may become inactive, yet they will remain posted as a symbol of those whom I connected with that year and to be a continuing reminder of what happened that day as well as honoring those who were lost, those who served, and those who continue to strive toward gaining some sort of sanity in our world.
~ Peace!
